Action! Video Productions is based in central Lancashire.

Two dads, Gary Bond and Nigel Yates spent many an hour with other parents watching their respective sons play junior rugby league. Nigel started to video the games just for a keepsake and produced the first DVD as an experiment to make the boys feel a little more special. As more parents wanted copies weekly Gary offered to help out.When the footage was edited together it gave a whole new dimension to the finished product.

Company history

Following their initial success with their sons team, other teams and clubs started enlisting Gary and Nigel's services to film their team matches.The pair quickly became victims of their own success with an increasing demand in the area for their services. As a result the pair set up a partnership called -

Action! Video Productions - Sporting Events Specialists.

DVD's have been produced for various Leyland Warriors Teams, Chorley Panthers, St Michaels CE High School Chorley, Lancashire Service Area Rugby League, BARLA clubs, NW Counties Junior ARL and the RFL.

Production

Unlike other companies, events are usually filmed using several cameras from different angles to capture that controversial decision, special try or missed goal.

All footage is then transferred to computer where it is then electronically and digitally edited using state of the art software.Graphics and royalty free music are then added to polish the production complete with that all important replay.

Personalised or custom made graphics can be designed and added to the finished DVD. Anything is possible. Just contact us.
